How Does Nano Filtration Technology Work?
ZeroB Hydrolife NX has 9 purification stages as discussed below:
Stage 1, 2, 3 – Pre-filtration: There are three pre-filtration stages:
At Stage 1, Inlet water passes through integrity filter bag which removes particles like sand, silt, hair and other finer particles from water.
At Stage 2, offers high-efficiency filtration that removes smaller particles through dedicated 5-micron filter.
At Stage 3, the Bacteriostatic Activated Carbon (BAC) filter, a high grade silver impregnated carbon, removes organic impurities, carcinogenic chemicals (such as VOC and THMs), chlorine, color and odor from water. This makes the water crisper to taste.
Stage 4 – Sediment Filtration: This stage removes still finer particles and renders clarity to water.
Stage 5 – NF membrane (100 GPD): The nano barrier retains beneficial minerals and removes harmful contaminants such as bacteria, viruses, toxic heavy metals and most chemical impurities. It ensures that the water remains pure, safe and crystal clear.
Stage 6 – ESS (Active Silver) Technology: It is an electrolytic sanitizing step for microbial safety.
Stage 7 – Hydro Secure cartridge: The Hydro secure cartridge neutralizes acidity caused by dissolved CO₂ in water, helping to maintain an optimal pH balance.
Stage 8 – Alkalizer cell: There are 11 titanium plates with a platinum coating that convert purified water into alkaline or hydrogen water.
Stage 9 – Silver-impregnated post-carbon: This carbon cartridge in the last stage, removes traces of odour, colour and trace contaminants, as well as gives crispiness to water.
After the purification, you can choose what type of water you want to make.
